How It Works

A documented process from vehicle selection to delivery

MKIL AUTO uses a clear transaction process designed to keep the vehicle, customer information, payment structure and delivery conditions consistent from the first inquiry through the final documents.

Every transaction is reviewed individually. Important details are confirmed in writing, and the customer has an opportunity to review the applicable documents before completing the purchase.

The process

Six stages, each confirmed before the next

  1. 01

    Find the Right Vehicle

Browse cars, trucks, RVs and classic cars available through MKIL AUTO. Each listing includes the known specifications, photographs, price, stock number and availability status.

If a vehicle is marked Coming Soon, Reserved or Sold, that status should be treated accordingly. Availability remains subject to prior sale until the reservation requirements are completed.

    Actions

    • Review photographs
    • Compare specifications
    • Note the stock number
    • Check public availability
    • Request clarification when needed
  2. 02

    Request the Complete Details

Contact the sales team using the vehicle inquiry form, telephone number or official MKIL email address. Your inquiry is connected to the selected vehicle so the team can respond with the relevant information.

For eligible cars, the CARFAX report can be accessed after email verification. The full VIN may also be supplied to a verified prospective buyer where appropriate.

    Actions

    • Verify your email
    • Request vehicle history
    • Request the full VIN
    • Confirm title or warranty information
    • Ask about included equipment
  3. 03

    Choose the Transaction Structure

Tell us whether you intend to purchase with full payment, use an agreed deposit and balance, request financing or explore an available lease.

The exact structure depends on the selected vehicle, customer eligibility, delivery destination and applicable financial-partner requirements.

    Options

    • Full payment
    • Deposit and remaining balance
    • Financing through an independent partner
    • Leasing when available
    • Trade-in consideration where applicable
  4. 04

    Review the Written Offer

MKIL prepares the applicable quotation or transaction summary. It identifies the vehicle, price, deposit or down payment, remaining balance, delivery conditions and other transaction-specific information.

Customers should review names, addresses, vehicle information, VIN, amounts and payment instructions before proceeding.

    Review checklist

    • Correct buyer information
    • Correct vehicle and VIN
    • Correct price
    • Correct deposit
    • Correct financing structure
    • Correct delivery address
    • Correct payment instructions
  5. 05

    Reserve and Complete the Documents

A deposit or other reservation requirement may apply. The exact amount, reservation period and refund conditions are confirmed in writing before payment.

The vehicle is considered reserved only after MKIL confirms that all applicable reservation requirements have been completed.

    Good to know

    • Deposit may be fixed or percentage-based
    • Conditions vary by transaction
    • Deposit normally applies toward purchase
    • Payment proof may be required
    • Signed documents may be required
    • Reservations are confirmed in writing
  6. 06

    Pickup or Delivery

After the required funds and documents are confirmed, MKIL coordinates the agreed pickup or delivery process. Delivery may be arranged to an approved residential or commercial address.

Timing and cost depend on the vehicle, destination, access conditions and carrier scheduling. Final arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.

    Includes

    • Delivery address verification
    • Delivery contact
    • Carrier coordination
    • Vehicle handover
    • Documentation provided

Listing status

What “Available,” “Coming Soon,” “Reserved” and “Sold” mean

Available

The vehicle may be discussed and purchased, subject to prior sale. An inquiry alone does not reserve it.

Coming Soon

The vehicle is being prepared for listing, documentation or availability. Customers may request information, but final timing must be confirmed.

Reserved

The applicable reservation conditions have been completed for another transaction. Customers may contact MKIL regarding changes in availability.

Sold

The transaction has been completed or the vehicle is no longer available.

Reservations

How vehicle reservations work

A reservation temporarily removes or limits the vehicle's availability while the agreed transaction steps are completed. Because vehicle prices and transactions differ, MKIL does not apply one universal reservation amount to every vehicle.

Read the Reservation Policy
  • Exact amount is provided in writing
  • Amount can be fixed, percentage-based or another agreed structure
  • Reservation duration is transaction-specific
  • Refund terms are transaction-specific
  • Deposit is credited toward the completed purchase when applicable
  • Verbal discussions do not replace written terms
